Dalībnieki izmanto kopīgu tehnisko profilu un vienotus pamatprincipus.Cooperation between AI systems does not require a fresh trust and access model each time. Members use a common technical profile and a common set of principles.

  Katras sistēmas atbildība ir identificējama.The accountability for every system is identifiable.Katra Exchange vidē izmantotā MI sistēma vai MI aģents ir saistīts ar konkrētu dalībnieku, kas to uztur un atbild par tās izmantošanu.Every AI system or AI agent used in the Exchange is tied to a specific member that operates it and is accountable for its use.

The identity and status of members, and the validity of credentials, can be verified independently.

  Dati paliek dalībnieka kontrolē.Data stays under the member’s control.AI LV Exchange nav centralizēta datu platforma. Dati tiek nodoti tieši starp dalībnieku sistēmām un tikai konkrētajam pieprasījumam nepieciešamajā apjomā.AI LV Exchange is not a centralised data platform. Data passes directly between members’ systems, and only to the extent the specific request requires.

  Darbības ir auditējamas, piekļuve — atsaucama.Actions are auditable, access is revocable.Informācijas pieprasījumus iespējams sasaistīt ar konkrētu sistēmu, dalībnieku un pilnvarojumu. Dalības apliecinājumus, piekļuves tiesības un pilnvarojumus iespējams atsaukt.Information requests can be tied to a specific system, member and mandate. Membership credentials, access rights and mandates can be revoked.

  Uzraudzība atbilst darbības riskam.Oversight matches the risk of the action.Automatizācijas, kontroles un cilvēka iesaistes līmeni nosaka konkrētās darbības raksturs un risks. Nozīmīgām darbībām var būt nepieciešama cilvēka pārbaude vai apstiprinājums.The level of automation, control and human involvement is set by the nature and risk of the specific action. Consequential actions may require human review or approval.

Aģents drīkst samaksāt tikai zināma atbildīgā subjekta piešķirtas, ierobežotas un atsaucamas pilnvaras ietvaros.Where a digital service has a price, that price must be known in advance and machine-readable. An agent may pay only within a scoped and revocable mandate granted by a known accountable principal.
